You must enter your 8 digit ID# as the UserID# and your PIN (Personal Identification Number) to access the Self-Service Center.

If you do not remember your PIN, please first try to enter your UserID# and click the Forgot PIN? button to answer your security question and have a temporary PIN emailed to your @hartford.edu account.

If you do not remember the answer to your question, or do not yet have a question set up, please visit https://www.hartford.edu/reset to request a PIN reset. A temporary PIN will be mailed to your @hartford.edu, unless you are an Alumni.
