EDYM 530 - Montessori Language Arts Reading Curriculum This course shows, by demonstration and lecture, the Montessori exercises for the development of spoken and written language, reading readiness, and prereading and reading skills. Emphasis is on spoken and written language in the areas of daily life, storytelling and composition, literature, geography, history, biology, science, music, and art, as well as the functional aspects of grammar, syntax, reading, and reading analysis.
