CMM 110 - Communication in Digital Age
CMM 110 - Communication in the Digital Age The course provides an overview of the foundations and breadth of the field of communication. A focus is on the role that technology plays in major areas of the field-human communication studies, media and journalism, and advertising and public relations. Designed as a first-year experience, students are engaged in critical thinking, analysis, written and oral presentation using concepts addressed in the course. Students are required to produce a final presentation that demonstrates their ability to employ these skills toward the resolution of social and ethical problems in the world outside of the classroom.
