AC 627 - Individual Income Tax
AC 627 - Individual Income Tax An introduction to individual income taxation, including sole proprietorships. Discussion focuses on gross income, adjustments for AGI, itemized deductions, trade or business expenses, and tax credits. Students also engage with the Internal Revenue Code through tax research assignments and the preparation of tax returns. Students who have taken AC 425 or an equivalent course may not take this for credit. Prerequisite(s): AC 210 and 211, or AC 603, or equivalent.
