QNT 601 - Managerial Statistics and Analytics
This course provides students with the necessary statistical background and analytical tools in the data-driven decision making process of the modern business world. The emphasis is placed on Excel applications in various business disciplines with appropriate model building, data analysis and interpretation of the results. Topics include: Introduction to business analytics, inference, correlation, regression analysis and forecasting, data sampling, data mining and accuracy measures. It is highly recommended that students without knowledge of basic Algebra and basic Descriptive Statistics to take an online/alternative review module.
