BIO 212 - Human Anatomy and Physiology I
This course is the first of a two-course sequence examining the terminology, structure, function, and interdependence of human body systems. It includes a study of the cells, chemistry, and tissues of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, and nervous system. Laboratory work includes dissection of preserved specimens, microscopic study, computer simulations, and multimedia presentations.
Prerequisite(s): C or higher in BIO 122, and either CH 110 or CH 114 (CH 111P or CH 136 are also recommended).
