MGT 770 - Organizational Consulting
Organizational consulting is a powerful skill molded through individual experience with hands-on projects. Students will learn consulting models, analyze organizational issues and ethics, and develop diagnostic skills. Students will provide consultative services to an actual company, including performing internal and external organizational analysis, collecting data, diagnosing problems and making recommendations. Students make a presentation and report to the company.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing or completed baccalaureate with GPA 3.0.
