MGT 607 - Managing Organizational Processes This course delves into the analytical methods and technological applications essential for effective management of organizational processes in both service- and goods-producing organizations. The curriculum is designed to emphasize analytical decision-making and the integration of technological innovation. Key areas of focus include strategic operational analysis, product and process design, quality management, capacity and inventory optimization, supply chain analysis, project management techniques, and the management of technological innovation in both products and processes. Practical exercises in contemporary software tools are included to equip students with the necessary skills to solve complex operational challenges through an analytical approach. Prerequisite(s): QNT 601.
