ILS 345 - 3-D Illustration Studio
ILS 345 - 3-D Illustration Studio This is a studio art course that builds on the introductory digital 2D & 3D skills learned in previous courses. Students will develop intermediate to advanced skills for designing initial sketches, modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering using industry standard software. The finished 3D artwork will be developed into a digital illustration using digital imaging software. Classes will cover 3-D Computer Graphics programs to create 3-D illustrations, as well as 3-D environmental visual development and matte painting. Lectures, critiques and drawing will be a part of this course. Prerequisite(s): ANI 240.
