Semiconductor physics, junction diode, bipolar transistor, and field effect transistor characteristics and models. Analysis and design of bias circuits and the basic configurations, such as common emitter, common base, and the follower circuits. Emphasis on design practice.
Prerequisite(s): ECE 214 (minimum grade of C–).
