HS 315 - Human Nutrition
HS 315 - Human Nutrition This course presents concepts of human nutrition and diet, providing a foundation for the understanding of how good nutrition is essential for proper physiological functioning of the human body. Issues related to the normal digestive process, essential dietary requirements, and effects of deficiencies are discussed. Prerequisite(s): Either CH 110 and CH 111P, or CH 114 and CH 136; and BIO 212 and BIO 213.
