FR 111 - Elementary French II
Introduction to French. Intensive training in understanding, speaking, reading, writing, and the use of basic structural patterns. A student who has taken two years of a language in secondary school is normally assigned to the 111 (Elementary II) level, while a student with four years of language in secondary school is encouraged to enroll in an intermediate course (level 210 or 211).
